This correspondence serves as formal notice of the following meetings:

1. A meeting of the Circle Lake Subordinate Sewer District scheduled for 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the Forest Town Hall, 3625 Millersburg Boulevard, Faribault, MN 55021.
2. A meeting of the Circle Lake Estates Subordinate Sewer District scheduled for 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the Forest Town Hall, 3625 Millersburg Boulevard, Faribault, MN 55021.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the financial status of the District and establish the 2027 annual assessment. Residents will also have an opportunity to meet the District’s new septic system service provider, who will provide an overview of the current condition of the community septic system, discuss ongoing operations and maintenance needs, and answer questions from residents.

The Forest Township Board encourages all members of the District to attend this important meeting and learn more about the operation, maintenance, and financial needs of the system.
